Be scared and do it anyway. That's my motto when it comes to art direction, and to life for that matter. Whether it's been pursuing advertising, taking lessons in improvisational theatre or diving with sharks (yes that really happened), my scariest decisions have also been my best.

Architecture school taught me everything I know about creativity. A do-it-yourself and critical thinking mentality that has stayed with me ever since. Now I'm applying the same thinking to brands instead of buildings.
